HBC-1059 structural sealant glue is a kind of one-component room temperature solidifying sealant glue. Its basic raw materials is the different cyanic acid lipoprotein resin, auxiliary, etc., there is not any element silicon. It is Single component, and simple to operate the craft,

High intensity, High adhesion, mid modulus, high flexility, New Type of sealant glue. Have no corrosion to the sill, nonpoisonous, environmental protection,

Ageing-resistant, and water-proof, Excellent resistance to low and high temperature change. Even under the temperature from minus 60~180C, the structural intensity is still excellent...It is tired to able to bear vibration, the acid which is able to bear chemistry is alkaline, short time is able to bear the oily material.

II. Typical usage:

HBC-1059 structural sealant glue is designed for use in structural glazing applications such as: Use for structural adhesion and seal the joints of the structural glass and metal or other building components in the factory or building site. For instance: Sticking between metal and metal, metal and glass, plastics and metal etc. It is also be used to adhere stiffening elements to building panels and for other similar adhesive applications. In the lines of the mechanical equipment, electronic apparatus, car, steamer of industry, non- dust workshop, the air conditioner pipeline, HBC-1059 structural sealant glue can be used for glazing in air conduit, the clean room of dust, the spraying room, electric cupboard of the electric apparatuses. HBC-1059 does not include silicone. HBC-1059 hold RoHS certification, accord with the requirement for environment protection, widely use in the waterproof.
