Characteristic:
HBC-352 Series UV Solidify Adhesives belongs to one part, High viscosity, with UV / visible light curing and anaerobic curing modified acrylate adhesive.
Anaerobic curing can make the part of shadow fast-curing. Wide application. Its suitable viscosity to make it fit glue manual and mechanical.
Purpose:
Buzz-chip assembly. Sealing electronic components, metal and other materials bonding.

Appearance: Pale yellow transparent liquid or colorless transparent liquid
Viscosity (25 C, NDJ-1 rotary viscometer) / MPa. S: 8000 ~ 10000 or 12000-15000

Applicable temperature range: -30 C ~ +150 C (can pass glassy peak solder)

Notes:
1. This product contains Methacrylic acid and Esters Monomer, there is a slight irritant for Skin and eye. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water, If you still feeling unwell please go to the hospital to check; Skin contact immediately with soap and rinse with copious amount of water.
2. Cool dry place preservation, residual glue can not be inverted back to the original packaging. Screw caps after used.
3. Shelf life: One year.
