\Product characteristic:
1. HBC-1099 doesn't only have the cementation and sealing function, but also have good thermal conductivity (heat), thermal conductivity [W / (m K)] 0.86.
2. HBC-1099 rubber is one kind of reinforcement neutral organ silicon elastic rubber. After the rubber solidifies, HBC-1099 will have good thermal conductivity performance. Long-term use will not shed. It will not have contact with seamless reduce cooling effect because of the reinforcement. 1099 rubber have the high cementation intensity, the shearing strength ≥ 20kg/cm2, peel strength ≥ 6kg/cm.
3.1099 rubber has excellent high temperature and low temperature resistant, water-proof, resistance to ozone, weather resistance, it can be long-term used between -60° C- +300° C.
4.1099 rubber is one -component room temperature curing adhesive, with 50 ML (ml) metal hose or 330 ML (ml) packaging is very convenient to use.

\Typical Usage:
The most main application is replacing Silicone grease (paste) to act as filling adhesion between CPU and the radiator, the thyristor intelligent control module and the radiator, between the high efficiency electric appliance module and radiator's packing cementation. Using this rubber may remove the tradition with the card and bolt's connection mode. That is a more reliable packing radiates, a simpler craft, a more economical cost.
