UCPS03 polyurethane sealant for auto side window
UCPS03 is single component moisture curing polyurethane sealant designed for side window sealing.

Excellent elongation.
High cure speed and tack free time.
Excellent adhesion with glass, ceramic coating based glass.

Side window of cars, trucks, forklift, train carriage, vessel and tractor cabins etc.

Tack free time (Minute): 15-25
Curing speed (mm/24hrs): 4.0
Density (g/ml ): 1.1-1.3
Shore A- Hardness ( ASTM D 2240 ): 40-50
Tensile strength (ASTM D 412): 480 psi
Elongation at break (ASTM D 412): 400% min
Tear strength (ASTM D 624 ): 10 pli
Shearing strength: 420 psi
VOC ( EPA method 24 kg/m3 ): 70 max
Shelf life ( storage below 25 deg month): 9
