Property and Use:

It is a colorless, fragrant and transparent liquid with boiling point is 173° C, melting point is -16° C, relative density is 0.8202, refractive index is 1.4514(20° C), flash point is 71° C (close cup). It dissolves in alcohol and diethyl ether, but not in water.
Mainly Used to produce synthetic perfumery, mineral flotation agent and tibubbling agent etc.
