This process differs from stamped pins because it is etching design on brass sheet by photographic film then applying coloring. Pantone color chart is available to match this process. There also must be metallic line to separate each color. Mostly there'll be 0.6mm metallic rim to protect the coloring. The thickness doesn't correspond to the size. The standard thickness is 0.8mm, while it ranges from 0.5mm up to 1.8mm for your options.
