After service: Within first year after purchasing, any defective product due to materials or production failure from QICHUANG will be repaired by Qichuang without any extra service fee. The shipping & handling charges from customer to Qichuang for service will be paid by buyer. The shipping fee from Qichuang to customer for sending back will be paid by QICHUANG.
After warranty period, the customer needs to send back service products to QICHUANG to Check. The service and repairing cost has to be charged which will be notified by QICHUANG. All the in and out shipping charges are at buyer's account.
