Features:

1. Model QT6-15 is the improved type based on Model QT4-15. It can produce 6 blocks of 390x190x190mm per mould.

2. Electric control system consists of imported colour touch screen and programmed PLC with data input and output device, including safety logical control and trouble shooting system.

3. Hydraulic system consists of imported components and seals with high dynamic performance proportional valves. The actions of key cylinders can be operated through the regulator of flow and pressure according to different working requirement.

4. Mainframe is made of high intensity cast and steel with special welding technique and has good rigidity, wear resistance and long life.

5. Four guiding columns ensure the accurate action of pressing ram and mould.

6. Vibrating table with press makes blocks. To-and-fro guiding feeder feeds the materials.

7. Producing every sort of blocks such as hollow block, kerbstone, grass block, slope block, etc.

8. The colour paving blocks made by means of face layer device.
