1. Door Quality

Security, elegance and durability

Tube size for Jamb is 150*50*2.5mm. Tube size for door is 100*50*2.5mm or 1150*50*2.5mm. For flower decoration, we usually use 14*14mm or 16*16mm solid square for our products making them durable and long lasting;

2. Door Design

We can supply all kinds of design for your ref, Or if you have your own design, please send us, we can work detailed drawings for your final comfirmation, customed design and dimension are avaible.

3. Door hardware

All the entry door comes with heave duty hinge,

Heavy duty weather stripping arround Jamb and Glass Frame,

Door sweep between bottom of door and threahold.

Hanld and lock is up to your option, we will drill standard lock hole for buyer.

4. Door Insulation

Doors are injected with a polyurethane foam. The foam expands to fill all of the air space inside of the doors.

5. Door Glass

Glass panels on all iron doors are hinged. This allows for ease of cleaning and ventilation without openning the doors. All galss used on our iron doors is tempered, double panel and insulated

Clear glass, rain glass, sandblast glass for your choice.

6. Door Finishes

Our iron doors undergo a multi-step finishing process, spraying zinc, durable polyester power coating, hand applied antique finishing.
