Shanghai Rise-al Metal Composite Material Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Shanghai Zhenxing Group and it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in producing aluminium micro-multiport tube. Having an experience of making the tube-strip style condenser flat tube for more than 20 years, we invested USD15 million to import advanced production equipments and develop independently to master the unique technology. Now Shanghai Rise-al Metal Composite Material Co., Ltd become the biggest micro-multiport tube manufacture in China.

Now we have one 1, 800-ton, one 1, 600-ton and one 800-ton extrusion lines. One 3, 600-ton extrusion line is under installation. There are 14 zinc coating lines(26 lines planed), 1 flux coating line (6 lines planed) and 5 PFC tube cutting machines(20 PFC tube cutting machines planed). The fully-enclosed workshop covers an area of 20, 000 square meters and the annual output can reach 15, 000 tons.

Rise-al has the unique aluminium micro-multiport tube research and development center in China and we can provide qualified samples within 10 days.

Rise-al controles the whole production process according to ISO/TS 16949 system.
