Business scope: We are manufacturer of piston ring for diesel and gasoline engine applied on truck and car, piston ring for general diesel engine and gasoline engine, piston ring of gasoline engine for motorcycle, air compressor, and CNC automatic equipment especially for piston ring production.

Company profile: The enterprise has a total asset of about RMB 120 million Yuan, factory size of 67000 square meter, with 30500 square meter building and about 500 staff. Our total output of 2011 is about 28 million sets of piston rings.

Product techniques and Quality System
1. Raw materials:
1)Top and center ring material are mainly high-carbon stainless steel, high-performance alloy gray iron, ductile iron and low alloy spring steel.
2)3-piece steel assembly oil rings are commonly used for gasoline engines, accompanied by 2-piece cast iron or ductile oil rings as second choice.
3)For diesel engine oil rings, it generally consists of spring expander plus cast iron, ductile iron or nitriding oil ring assembly.
2. Surface treatment: Chromeplating, nitriding, molybdenum spraying and PVD etc.
3. Phosphate coating and oxidation are being applied to surface protection treatment.
4. Processing equipment accomplished 80% numerical control, 15% automotive production with 5% manual operation.
5. The constant 6 sigma quality system is being conducted, with CPK rate as the evaluation standard aiming to achieve 0 defect production.
6. Guided by timely providing clients with high quality, low cost and satisfactory service, IE and QE activities are conducted in the whole team to improve and optimize recourses allocation, so as to enhance our competitiveness.
7. Quality system certificates: Our company have passed the ISO9000/QS9000/VDA6.1 quality system valuation conducted by German TUV Co. In March 2001, and TS16949 in 2011.

Current sales condition of piston rings for engine in China market as well as a brief introduction for our major customers.

Since 1997, our company firstly established business relationship with China Jialing Group and realized the domestic production of Chinese motorcycle piston ring. Later, we built good cooperative relationship with many engine companies, namely Chongqing Lifan, Zongshen, Longxin, Jinan Qingqi, Luoyang Beiyichu, Guangzhou Dayang. Recent years, we begin to explore overseas market, and have formed business relationship with Briggs&Stratton, Kohler, Zenoah, Sanling, YAMAHA and Swedish Husqvarna to name a few.
