Three machining branches with different equipments to make plastic injection moulds from electric appliance cover to vehicle spare parts.
Mould making can be according to 2D, 3D drawing as well as samples.
Assebly samples are available. Reasonable collocations to moulds to save cost.
Mould material is adviced by quantity plan to produce, specification of plasstic material(corrosion), special structure of plastic product, etc.
Mould design is decided by customer's requests, such as cycle time, employee quantity, injection molding machine specification, shrinkage of certain plastic material, etc. Of cousre, before that, plastic product structure goes first.

Heat treatment of mould can be provided including quencher, nitridation, tempering, etc.
