1. High-accuracy code-drawing, cold-rolledsteel tube, the precision can reach-0.025~+0.025, the roughness can be up to 1.6-0.8-0.2, the diameter of steel tube is from OD3*0.4 to OD120*25.
2. Accurate non conventional type steel tube, Such as inside and outside straight tooth tube, helical tooth tube for heat change, outside in hexagon inside in circular steel tube and outside in circular inside in hexagon steel tube and so oneach kind of thickness and thin non convetional type stel tube with complex cross section combination.
3. Recently we are developing accuracy honing steel tube and extruded tube used for cylinder and hydraulic cylinder body, roughness can reach 0.2-0.025.
4. We are developing vacuumannealing pneaumatic and hydraulic steel tube which is white and bright outside and inside.
5. We are develop each kind of steel tube whose longitudinal diameter and wall thickness size is based on demand.
6. Most of our production facility with good performance is designed and produced by ourselves.
Our company technical force is abundant, there is 1 machine design senior engineer, 1 steel tube senior technologist, 12 engineers and technicians, more than 20 managers, staff more than 200. The company occupying a land area of 38, 000 square meters, the producing area amounts to 22, 000square meters, has all the equipment used from hot piercing to finished product, examination method. Productivity will amounts to 12, 000tons in 2006; The productivity will amount to 100, 000tons in 2008.
