We use special forklift for loading big slabs, the container is just normal without the need to open the cover. 

It is very safe when you receive the container.

We load slabs in professional way.
Using iron wire to hang up the slab, and put it into the container.
It will be safer and effective.

We use strong stardand export woodern crate for counter tops and vanity tops packaging. We can pack each one in one paper box and then pack some paper box in one crate, If just for some set of counter tops, especially for islands without 2+2cm bull nose, we can just pack some pcs together in one crate. We put some foam inside the crate between each pcs. They will have a good condition when it reach you. 

We have many year export experience for counter top and vanity top. Most of our clients are satisfied with our packing. As I remenber, nobody claim about this till now because of our profession.

We have much experience on export. We have our own port yard, and two skilled man to load the goods.

As for tiles, it is usually 20 crates for one container. Because of our strong packaging, they are put together into the container, some crates are piled up. And then all of them will fixed by some iron wire.

As for slabs, it is usually 12 bundle for one container. We are skilled in loading them, also some are piled up, and then fixed by iron wire....

If for thin tile, we pack 360-500pcs in one crate for 12’’x12’’x1cm, in total to USA about 20 crate for one container.
If for project tiles, about 2cm, we also use woodern crate. But we use paper box or bubble box to pack 10 pcs each first, and then pack box in woodern crate. 

Our package is good enough for export container. No problem come to us till now. We are manage it in good condition.
