Product Description

Insulating glass consists of two or more glasses, which are glued together with seal airtight glue through Aluminium spacer which is vacuumed or filled with insert gas desiccant, therefore ensure the glazing unit minimum heat transmission and make the air between the glass highly dry.

Energy Saving: It is of outstanding thermal insulating property with heat-transfer coefficient much lower than single chip film-coating glass, the K value is 1.6-3.1w/mm. K.

Noise Reduction: It is of excellent sound insulating property, can reduce a lot outdoor noise into room through window by 30-40dB and traffic noise 80dB to 40dB.

Frost and Dew Resistance: The dew point of insulating glass is lower than -40, normally -60, much lower than single chip glass, hence obvious frost and dew resistance.

Equipments. There are two full-automatic insulating glass production lines now., production capacity is 150, 000 square meters, thus guaranteed the high-quality products are sent to customers hands in time.
