The shape of the knapsack is parallelepiped by grip as the sample.
At the two vertical sides and the base of it must be made by a single part of fabric.
The internal edges of the knapsack must be covered by a fabric tape, as the official sample.
At each one of the big sides of the knapsack, there is stitched a fabric tape 5,2cm which is crossing whole the height of it, as the sample.
At the top of the sack, this tape must be folded by stitching in order to become a handle grip.
The internal base side is covered by a hard plastic material, which is covered by parts of the basic fabric. This must be stitched in order to be stabile.
At the external base side of the knapsack, there are 6 (six) metal buttons and the must be connected with the plastic of the internal base side.
At the internal front side there is a wide pocket made by plastic material. The dimensions of it are 28cm X 18cm.
At the external front side, there is a pocket made of the same fabric. This pocket has a transparent material, in order to be placed a label with the owner’s name.
At the top of the knapsack there is a zipper as the sample. At the beginning and at the end of it, there is stitched a leather black part. The dimensions of it are 9cm X 2 cm.
At the zipper’s grip there is a ring. Also another ring is stitched below the leather part. This is covered by tape. The purpose of them is the locking ability.
The final dimensions of the knapsack are:
Long = 62 cm
Height = 45 cm
Wide = 30 cm

Packaging
The knapsacks must be packaged in hard carton boxes, according to the following specification.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FIVE-LAYER PACKAGING CARDBOARD BOXES
The cardboard boxes must be of excellent quality and manufacture. They are made of five-layer cardboard into a rectangular parallelepiped shape and must have the dimensions required for the packaging of the specific number of knapsacks.
The cardboard boxes are connected along one of the perpendicular edges of the parallelepiped with iron staples 2 mm thick and 14 mm long and at a density of one staple every 3 to 4 cm.
Alternatively, an adhesive technique with a suitable adhesive compound can be also used in their manufacture, in order to achieve the strength required in paragraph 2.2.
The cardboard material used must be prepared in such a way so that its three internal layers are impregnated with paraffin by the spray method.
