Ceramic Pipes or Ceramic Cylinder is characterized with excellent wear resistant property and long service life; Smooth surface, low friction coefficient; Resistant to most kinds of acid, alkali and salt; Low thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity, operating temperature can be up to 1500 centi-degree max. Our experienced technique is ready to save you and enhance your performance in wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
Characteristics
* Single Piece Solid Ceramic: The ceramic pipe is pressed by ISO method to form a solid ceramic pipe. Therefore, there is no seams or fitted tiles, and therefore the possibility of media attacking and penetrating behind the ceramic is eleminated.
* Easy Instanlation: Single piece, easily installed.
Application
Widely used as wear-resistant ceramic liner for abrasive fluid conveying, or after any flow element that creates diverted or turbulent flow, valve, pump, bend. There is typical application as ceramic lined flange adapter, reducers, elbow, or pipe spool; Other field like system of coal transportation, material handling, milling, ash discharging and dedusting for coal-fired power plant, steel, metallurgy, machinery, coal, mine, chemical industry, cement and wharf.
