Product Description

CRT Cutting system CRTC-002 is to sepeate the glass at panel and glass at rear part called funnel, suck and collect the fluorescent powder. All steps are eco-friendly, no pollution produced.

The process includes glass cutting, heating trough metal band and air blow. The machine separates cathode ray tube in TV and monitors in front and rear part. These are then separated into different fractions for recycling

Size of waste television and waste computer: 14 inch- 33 inch. LCS is not applicable.

Processing time: 90 seconds/ per unit.
