Product Description

The process of this circuit board recycling plant WCB-015 is described as below:
Step 1: Feed the PCB into minure crusher.
Step 2: Use rough crusher to crush the PCB
Step 3: Use minute crusher to crush the PCB again
Step 4: Slurry will go to Vibrating table for first separating.
Step 5: Vibrating table will separate the copper( including all metal) from plastics.
Step 6: The slurry will go to another vibrating table for second separating to recover all metal.
Step 7: Slurry will go to deposit pool
Step 8: Water after deposit will go back to Minute crusher

We can provide 5-10tons/day, 15 tons/day, 25 tons/day, 50 tons/day.
