1. Description:
This tester is mainly used to test ring crush of paper with thickness 0.15-1.00mm, edge crush, flat crush, pin adhesion for corrugated paperboard, and flat pressure (0-3000N) of paper tube with 70mm less diameter. It is the ideal testing equipment for papermaking, packaging, quality-inspecting department and so on.
2. Features:
2.1Multi-functions for testing: Our tester adopts highly accurate pressure sensor, just under the help of some accessories, it can do:
---- with RCT center plate and related sample cutter.
---- with ECT sample cutter and assistant guiding block.
---- with FCT sample cutter.
2.2 The tester is equipped with highly accurate pressure sensor, it can test (0-1000N, 0-3000N), and needn't change sensor.
2.3 High speed return.
2.4 Space-setting for pressing board: Equipped with advanced stepping motor, the space of boards can be set discretionarily. Needn't limit switch.
2.5 Thermal printing: Adopted with thermal printer from Japan, needn't change the ink-belt.
2.6 Multi-safeguarding functions: This tester adopts multi-safeguarding functions, the limit safeguarding, over-metering safeguarding, mechanical safeguarding. These functions can make the operation safer and more reliable.
2.7 We supply the free accessories for our users, but the following cutters must be bought by buyer for the related test:
2.7.1 RCT sample cutter.
2.7.2 ECT sample cutter.
2.7.3 FCT sample cutter.
