Usage:

This PE heat shrink film blowing machine is suitable for blowing LDPE heat shrinkable film, as well as HDPE and LLDPE plastic film, which is widely used for packing daily-use articles and industrial products. It can produce pearl film and degradation film via making up a prescription.

Characteristics:

1. The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrided treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable service.

2. The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure, which can be rotated to left and right within 360 angles, it can strengthen the intensity and evenness of plastic film.

3. The coiling units adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by torque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.

4. Optional unit: Air shaft; Auto loader; Digital counter.
