We sputter silver to the non-woven fabric in vacuum chamber, the silver nanoparticles were implanted to the surface of fabric firmly, it is antibacterial and water-proof. The antibacterial effection works good on over 260 kinds of microbe, it can destroy staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa at 99.9 percentage, were tested by SGS.
And we insert this nano-silver fabric to the ear-loop medical face mask, the mask can filter impurities, also can kill different bacterias, then no need too airtight as N95. Since it's washable, means it is not only more SAFE, but also more ECONOMIC than disposable medical face mask. It is the best and comfortable mask to use during the flu season.
