Application& Characteristic
Quantum Premium Lightweight Filler is unsurpassed sanding qualities are the result of Quantum's patent-pending 100: 1 hybrid polyester technology that utilizes an epoxy-enriched BPO catalyst.
Scope of construction: Lightweight filler is fit for iron\steel \aluminum \galvanized sheet and Fiberglass.

Application:
1. Remove the oil and rust, original paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.
2. The putty may cause uneven in the process of storage, must use clean ruler stir well before the use.
3. The filler and BPO are mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color (general ratio is 100: 2 by weight), and apply the mixture within potlife(1-3min), or it will gel.
4. Filler mixtured to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet, in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.
5. Sanding should be made after hardened thoroughly. The best dry milling time is 30min after applying putty, (The temperature is 25centigrade, humidity is less than 40%). Ensure the putty has been completely dry when painting, lest drop off or bubbles.

Notices:
1. There is air bubble while applying, fully scrape to evenness with spatula to ensure good adhesion.
2. Filler mixed with BPO recycle into garbage disposal. The filler can not lay in the air, lest volatilization &deterioration of solvent. Prohibition mixed thinner(Tianna water ) into putty.
3. When there is low temperature or high relative humidity, curing time of coating will be extended somewhat. The corresponding adjustment can be made to the consistency and gel time of putty according to the customer's request.
4. Our product matches with various primers, but not in phenolic primers and alkyd primers, lest drop off or bubbles. Make sure filler has been completed drying while applying putty, or cause drop off.
5. The putty has special hardener is BPO, can not used with up other hardener.
6. The shelf life can be up to 12 months at the cool place (under 25centigrade).
