For Model FBA, AC-servomotors and PLC controlled sewing head and carriage could provide three groups of sewing and carriage speed combination, one of which brings one kind of stitch.This machine is featured by its abilities of sewing head tilting angle-adjusting, sewing-head lifting, carriage speed adjusting, speed auto slowdown at corner, needle auto lower-positioning when machine is stopped and needle upper-positioning when foot presser is lifted.By using an electromagnetic clutch on machine's carriage, sewing process could be performed quickly and conveniently, and make this machine more scientific in the aspect of man-machine engineering.
