QB-GF -50A /B Tube Filling Machine for Tube (Automatic) is widely used in toothpaste, cosmetic, medical and food industries and it is fit for processing aluminum plastic composite tubes, plastic tubes, filling and sealing various kinds of creams, emulsions and oils etc.
This Tube Filling Machine has many automatic functions such as: automatic filling and sealing, printing code and automatic tube output. QB-GF -50A Tube Filling Machine introduced external heat mode. It is heated with two electrothermal tubes controlled by four-channel temperature regulator. QB-GF -50B Tube Filling Machine introduced inner heat mode and "LEISTER" fan from Switzerland. The parts contacted with materials are made from stainless steel, and the parts are acid resistant, alkali resistant and corrosion resistant. Easy to clean, assemble and dismantle. The pipes are all connected with high speed work carrier. It is high speed, smart and easy to load and unload. Feed valve is easy to clean due to the use of rotary valve. The precision of location is very high because of the use of high precision tappet gear in translocation system. The adjustable speed is available because we introduced frequency control in translocation motor.
