[Indication]
Use for the first time:
1. One hand presses firmly the bag body, a thumb of the other hand grasps the heat piece, and scoops up it, the liquor in the bag immediately gives off heat and start to solidify. (When the bag solidify, it should accord to the second use)
2. While the liquor solidifies, the palm of the hand may hold back gently the bag body, to make the heat distributed evenly, and lets the temperature of the bag body be even.
3. Put the hot pack in which you need to warm while it is still hot. (For example quilt, pocket of the coat or the sprained limbs), will use to warm up or the hot compress.
Use for the second time:
1. After warm up or the hot compress 60~120 minute, the bag gradually changes coolly, if you want to use once more, please use the towel or the cotton cloth wrap up the bag(to avoid bag body directly contact the heating vessel ), and put it into the boiling water to heat up about the 5~7 minutes, will make the solidity liquefy, then take out the use, this time because the bag body will be at the high-temperature condition, the bag should use the towel or the cotton cloth to pack it, in case the bag directly contact the skin, in order to avoid scalding
2. Please accord to the use for the first time when the bag turns to cool once more
3. According to the above application method, this product may duplicate use, is the ideal articles for getting warm or the hot compress
[Precaution]
1. Avoid sharpness, throw, impact, etc.
2. When the bag is in the heating state, please do not press the heating piece, in case that it caused trouble and lost effect.
3. Only for external use, cannot be eaten.
