According to state industry policy and market requirement, our company engaged in developing new plastic building material of "Jieli" brand. Lately we have researched a new product successfully named Glass-Fibre Reinforced PVC Tile, a new member join in the roofing waterproof plastic building material family. Using international advanced co-extrusion technology and domestic best production equipment, one layer high strength glass-fibre cloth was added between two layers of PVC sheet. Meantime, we perfect the geometry shape based on traditional roof waterproof tile. So, besides the new product has all the advantage of red mud wave tile and A. PVC tile, also has following characteristics:
1. Tensile strength improved highly. Trial indicates that in same condition of material, shape, and environment with traditional PVC tile the tensile strength of new product improved at 82%.
2. Flexural properties improved. Trial indicates that the flexuarl property has improved 75% than 840 type red mud wave tile in same thickness. We compare the flxuarl property with 840 type red mud wave tile in same thickness, the standard purlin distance of 840 type is 0.8 meter, but the purlin distance of new product can reach 1.2 metre and save purlin dosage of 50%,
So the superior flexural makes instruction cost less.
3. Impact resistance improved. Increased tensile strength makes impact resistance also improved of 50%, this special advantage make this new product can be used on construction environment with hailstone and force impact.
4. Thermal deformation property improved. Heat expansion and cold contraction is a big disadvantage of plastic building material, what is more obvious, the bigger span. It is always a trouble problem since the plastic building material was born.
But our new product resolve this problem. Trial indicates it does not deform when temperature has distinct change.
