ADC Blowing Agent ADC-1

ADC-1 is a low-dust, powdered preparation of an organic chemical blowing agent. It is used for the production of polymer foam.
ADC-1 can be easily dispersed in polymer melts and PVC plastisols. It is particularly suitable for the extrusion of thermoplastics foam.

Application
ADC-1 can be used in extrusion of polyolefin sheets, foam block, other thermoplastics.

Storage
ADC-1 should be kept cool and the upper temperature is max. 50º C. ADC-1 should not be stored near radiators and other heat sources such as sunlight or lighted cigarettes. There must be no sparks or naked flames in the vicinity.
ADC-1 is best stored in its original container in a separate and cool room. It should not be stored In manufacturing areas.

Solubility
Soluble in Dimethyl Formamide(DMF), poorly soluble in Dimethyl Sulphoxide(DMSO), insoluble in all other solvents and plasticisers.
