Product Description
The 0.12mm CCAM wire is made up bu using Al-Mg alloy wire as core. It adopts the advanced coating and welding technology in the world. Plating copper concentrically on the concentric line of alloy wire, realizes metallurgy combination between copper coating and alloy wire, There will be no flaking off during the heat treatment or mechanical workout.
The diameter is 0.12mm
Copper content by mass: 10% or 27%
Conductivity: 62% and 63%
Tensile strength: 100 MPA
Elongation: More than 8%
It has shiny and uniformity copper layer, excellent electrical conductivity, bear bending, good tensile strength. Besides, it also with the great light specific gravity, and savings resources of copper.
The 0.12mm CCAM can be used in cable conductor, braiding and shielding, the single wire conductor and other conductors.
