FEATURES:

1. AGS-40C rib peeling and thread rolling machine is compact in structure, stable in operation, and has automatic opening-closing mechanism for rib peeling device, need only 30 seconds to finish a threaded end.
2. Adopts thread cold rolling technology. Not cutting of rebar parent metal, the strength of threaded end is higher than its parent metal.
3. Widely used. Being able to process rebar of grades II and III with diameter 16mm-40mm.
4. Easy to operate, need no technicians, the threaded end could be produced in advance without influencing the construction period.
5. Economic, low investment for the equipment.
6. Environment-friendly, safe, no environment and weather restrictions.

APPLICATION

Rolling thread after peeling rib:
1. Cutting off the end of the rebar;
2. Peeling the ribs off the end of the rebar and then rolling thread directly;
3. Splice the rebar by using the coupler.
