Product Description
The working theory of the self-activated pressure differential control valve will be illustrated by the one of ZYC type installing in the backwater pipe. When pressure of water supply P1 rises or drops, signal will be transmitted through the connecting pipe to the upper cavity of the diaphragm, driving the valve core move up and down, and the floating area of the valve base will reduce or increase accordingly. P2- P3 also increases or reduces, until P1 - P2 keeps the original value constant. While the backwater pressure P3 increases or reduces, the exit velocity of flow of the same valve base also reduces or increases. At this moment, the pressure P2 under the diaphragm raises or drops, driving the valve core move up and down till that the pressure on the diaphragm gets balanced again, P2 resumes the original valve, and P1 -P2 keeps the original value constant. In this way, the pressure difference between the supply water and backwater in the controlled system is basically unchanged.
