1. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
It adopts integrated hydraulic control systems which is more reliable and easy for maintenance. The hydraulic system consists of motor, oil pump and valve groups and it is installed at the top of the oil box. This can assure that the cylinder is always full of oil when the slide is moving down at high speed. And can save energy as the oil filling valve can guarantee the slide movement speed. Every complete working cycle can be achieved through the control of hydraulic valve. The remote adjustment valve can adjust the working pressure at the right side of the wall board.
The main sealing components of the cylinder are imported products (Japan brand).

2. SYNCHRO CONTROL SYSTEM
The slide synchro system adopts torsion bar synchro system with very simple structure but very high accuracy. This system is very easy for maintenance. The slides movement is always parallel to the working table. And this will make the movement effect balanced during operation.

3. CNC SYSTEM
Japan CNC system is used X and Y axes (rate of X axis is 0.1, Y is 0.01) 5.7 inches LCD touch panel, it can automatically calculate and control the press brake angle. It can adjust the angle and make compensation if necessary. It can also automatically calculate the press brake pressure, the positioning speed and be adjusted freely. The processing procedures of press brake can be stored. When the system has finished ten processing procedures continuously, it can automatically exit and avoid the interference of the plate and the part.
X axis positioning accuracy is 0.05mm, X axis repeating accuracy is 0.05mm.
Y axis positioning accuracy is 0.02mm, Y axis repeating accuracy is 0.02mm.
R axis positioning accuracy is 0.1mm, R axis repeating accuracy is 0.2mm.
