Features
1. Welded steel plate construction, hydraulic drive and welded blades frame, with high strength and good rigidity. The power storage device returns steadily and quickly.
2. The blades stroke can be adjusted according to the width of workpiece. Upper and bottom blades are all have 4 cutting edges, which can be turned around to use.
3. Shearing compaction device uses independent pressure cylinder which has plastic pad on the bottom to prevent the workpiece from being scratched.
4. Back gauge adopts roll screw and drive without clearance.

CNC system
(1) CNC system function
1.5.7inch LCD display (STN type), single color.
2. Operate terminal is installed on the panel which connected by CPU and programmable controller. It can not only display several operating menu, but also keep the menu secret.
3. Input brake data directly, X, Y axis controlled by system will position automatically.
4. CNC system can store 10 press brake procedures, and you can use random accord to need it operate automatic and conveniently.
5. Positioning speed of servo motor of the 2 CNC axis can be adjusted random to advance offence.
6. Data adjust function is setting in system, so you can change the reference point of X, Y axis to adjust CNC system positioning value.
7. System with automatic withdraw function and protection against interference between sheet and back-gauge.
8. When restart the machine X, Y axis will find reference point automatic to ensure repeated positioning accuracy.
9. X axis positioning accuracy is ± 0.05mm
