Silicone for mica tape
(SDA-120-1) Product application: SDA-120-1 Organic silicone resin is used to manufacture the fire-resistant mica tape. The product has low smoking, non-toxic, well stability and thermo stability. It also has the facture of outstanding climate tolerance, moisture proof, electric insulativity, and the cohesion. The capability is better than the similar products in abroad. The product is apply to the following standards: Q/SDA120, DIN5321, JISZ023, ISO1523, ASTMD149, ASTMD93-66, ASTM3675 and so on. Technical parameter: Appearance: Colorless or straw yellow liquid Density (25degree, g/CM3): 1.0+-0.02 The minimum cortex stripping force(ounce/inch) 55 Content (%) 60 Dilution (you can choose when you use) Toluene or Xylene Introduction (Only for reference, no details): SDA-120-1 belong to the quick drying Silicone Resin with the characteristic of quick curing, low curing temperature, and the long lasting adhesive. The mica belt after curing is very dry, soft and non adhesion. Impregnant: Toluene and xylene Suggestion: Confect concentration: (1) pedion belt: 16-20% (2) Double ended belt: 14-16% Curing agent: C-120 Dosage: 0.5-2.0 %( 100wt SDA-120) The content of silicon resin in the mica tape may be 8-11%. Curing Time: 60-900C 1min, 120-150-1200C 2min Packing and shipment: 200KG iron drums. Don't contact the fire and avoid sunshine directly. Storage life: 6 months at 25C in the airtight machine (can be used if the product is valid by test over 6 months) Avoid drench and insolate between the shipments. |
