Product introduction:

SDA-166 is a kind of bicomponent silicon resin composed by the basic compound, crosslinker, catalyst, filling, and additive. It is used to coat, shape and protect the surface of the optical fiber and the glass fiber.

Diluent: (you can choose when you use) toluene and xylene

Use direction:

1. Donot contact the compound with N, P, S, Sn, Pb, Hg, Bi, As and the alkyne compounds.
2. Curing agent(C-166): 2% of base solution
3. Use the SDA-166 and the C-166 mixer in 24 hours.
4. In order to reach the technical requests, it can be diluted by xylene after desulfurization.
5. Curing conditions: 170 degree *5mins

Packing and shipment:

200KG iron drum packing or as per customer's request.
Don't contact the fire, avoid drench and insolate between shipment.
Storage life: 6 months at 25C in the airtight machine. (over 6 months still can use if the product is valid by test)
