Features:
1. Equipped with fiber-optic checking mechanism, which can eliminate by itself the waste plate with lack of medicine, thus gain a qualified recovery rate of 100%.
2. Blister forming, heat-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt gear mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotating the hand wheel, and the machine equipped with a staff gauge and tightening nuts for calibration and orientation.
3. Forming mould, heat-sealing mould and pressing mould adopt bolt orientating, with features of accuratet orientation, easy to change moulds and material saving.
4. All the movement of heating, forming, upper and lower net veins pressing, air cylinder pressing, feeding, lot number printing and cutting can be done very simple, automatically and accurately.

6. The forming of hard Aluminum of other factories adopts the concave-convex coordination to lock the mold and it will leave behind a scoop channel on the plate. The travel range must be prolonged above 2mm, so that the scoop channel will be cut as scrap. It is calculated the scrap sum up to several hundred thousand Yuan annually. The forming of hard Aluminum with our equipment adopts the imported & special rubber lock mold. The surface of the molding is smooth. Each cutting will save above 2mm the material (approximately 2.5%). Because the price of cold forming aluminum is expensive, Massive materials will be saved annually by using our machine.
