Round Telephone Cable (indoor or outdoor)

1) From 1pair to 300 PAIRS: 2*0.4mm, 4*0.4mm, 6*0.4mm, 2*0.5mm, 5*2*0.4mm...50*2*0.4mm, 50*2*0.5mm, 100*2*0.4, 200*2*0.4, 300*2*o. 4mm, 300*2*0.5mm.

2) HYAC10*2*0.5MM ( with self-supporting) 20pairs, 30pairs, 50pairs, 100pairs.

Specification:

Conductor: 10pair 0.5mm copper wire.
Insulation: solid high-density polyethylene consecutive insulated material.
Strap: Adopt polyester gird to overlap and coil or longitudinal cover it.
Shield: 0.2mm or the roll-striped aluminium band to cover in longitudinal. exterior of the strap and core:Both sides of the aluminium band combine the polyolefin membranes of the thickness of 0.05mm.
Self-supporting(Steel wire): 7/1.2MM zincification steel Self-supporting.
Jacket: PE black.

Applications:

It is applicable to the analogue signal of transmitted audio frequency of 150KHz and the analogue signal under 150KHz and the digital signal of 2048Kbit/s and the digital signal under 2048Kbit/s. It is also applicable to the digital signal above 2048Kbit/s in certain condition.

Structure:

Conductor: Adopt soft round copper wire, the diameter of it includes 0.32, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6.0.7, 0.9mm.
Insulation: Adopt the solid high-density polyethylene consecutive insulated material, the color of the insulated material is 10 kinds in total, it's convenient for recognition.
Line pairs: Every 2 insulated conductor strands into pair according to the stated chromatogram.
The core of the cable: 30 pairs and under 30 pairs strand in concentric form, above 30 pairs strand in unit form. 100 pairs and above has the 1% prepared line pairs and the prepared line pairs is not more than 6 pairs.
Strap: Adopt polyester gird to overlap and coil or longitudinal cover it.
Shield: Adopt the smooth aluminium band in the thickness of 0.2mm or the roll-striped aluminium band to cover in longitudinal exterior of the strap and core; Both sides of the aluminium band combine the polyolefin membranes of the thickness of 0.05mm.
Steel wire: The technology requirements for the steel wire can be referred to GB1200-88 standard zincification steel strand prescript.
Sheath: Adopt the special black polyethylene plastic to make the sheath exterior the shield layer, and conglutinate with the clad aluminium band closely, forming the excellent damp-proof.
Mark: The permanent mark such as the meter calculating length, the factory name the year and so on should be printed on the sheath. The interval is 1 meter.
The recognition of the cable end piece: The red is End A, the green is End B.
The electric performance can be referred to the list of the electric performance.
The specification of the cable: 5~300 pairs.
