II. Description for Paper making line section:
1. Two layers of fourdrinier part:
1.1 Fourdrinier part: Headbox with double roller, material: stainless steel, its main structure include: front wall panels, back wall panels, end beams, bearings, bottom lip plate, upper lip plates, tubes and spray conditioning devices. Bottom lip plate is fixed, material: stainless steel. Upper lip plate is aslo made of stainless steel, it can be ajusted with the whole site and partial, trimmer spacing is 130mm. All these are made of stainless steel, and be polished. Material style is: 304 Bottom layer of fourdriner is: 15000mm, Upper layer of fourdrinier is: 6000mm. Frame is welded with steel, box-type structure
1.2 Chest roller blades, scraper is made of cast, cutter holder is made of stainless steel K35, material of blade is EP.
1.3 Moulding board for box structure, size is: 390 x 4000mm, stainless steel box, thickness is: 8MM, embedded in marble. 2 sets

Working pressure 0.3 - 0.4 Mpa, test pressure 0.6Mpa. Surface hardness ≥HB220, accuracy Ra<0.8um, equipped with rotary connector and siphon tube. Felt Guide roll. Paper guide roll 3 set.
