II. Main frame of paper making machine:
1. Fourdrinier part: The length of fourdrinier part is 13.5M, vacuum couch roll Φ650mm headbox (open style), moulding board, scrape water board, stainless steel solder, faceplate box, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate. Suction box: is made of stainless steel solder, faceplate box, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate. Roll: None slot roll with rubber covered, bearing style:1505. Frame: square frame is made of steel.
2. Compression part: dia:600mm x 3100mm natural marble stone roller (1pc), dia: 550mm x 3100mm rubber roller (1pc), 450mm x 3100mm natural marble stone roller (3 pcs), dia:400mm x 3100mm rubber roller (3pcs), rubber hardness HSD 90 ±2.
3. Dryer part: dia:2500mm×2950mm alloy dryer can (1pc), dia:1500mm×2950mm alloy dryer 10 pieces, arrangement: 1+10, dia: 450mm x 3100mm secondary cans Pressure roller 1 pc, dia:550mm x 3100m touch roll 1 pc, Pneumatic pressurizing device. Rubber hardness HSD 90 ± 2. Multi cylinder part equipped with upper and bottom dry mesh device.
4. Calender and Reeling part: Three rolls calender and cylinder type winding machine.
