GW 1000 PVC Electrical Insulation Tape Machine
Uses and characteristics:
1. Applicable to coating for BOPP film, PVC film, PVC electrical insulating tape and other soft substracters.
2. The oven uses arch structure design and the substrates are carried by the crawler
3. The temperature of oven is multistraum controlled, and the temperature of oven in different strautums can be preciously controlled according to the requirement of technology.
4. To control the minimum contraction volume of substrates, use speed-regulating with frequency conversion, and also the multi-point synchronouscontroller for the simultaneous operating of the whole machine.
5. Use electronic corrective device to ensure the neatness of the edge of coating cloth and finished products.
6. Automatic rolling and release of membrance, non-stopping rolling widing of set length.
