Application & Features
1, The machine used Germany-advanced coating technology, and intergrated with our own many years of experience in coating machine. Applicable to all kinds of double-sided adhesive tape coating, laminating technology.
2, Two kind of coating methods to meet costmers requirement:
A, Scraping B, Transfer-coating
3, The Chain Track transports substrate, serval kind types of oven (heating-in, heating-ex) to meet difference technology.
4, Turret rewinder and unwinder stable framework, equip with splicing drvice, can splice film without stopping the machine. Rewinding of setted length, high effectively improve the quality of production.

5, Tension to be Sub-controlled, using frequency control of motor or digital DC speed control system, and the machine operated rely on multi-point synchronization controller;
6, Adoption of EPC electronic correction system to ensure the edge of finished product is neat
7, High degree of automation, design science, well-operation and easy-maintenance
Two-sided coating can be one time to be complete in the process
8, It can be additional closed dust free device, effectively improve the quality of production.
