Product Description

The extrusion line includes conical twin-screw extruder, calibrating table, haul-off, film-covering, cutting, dust suction and pile-up. It can directly extrude by powder and suits to produce hard PVC profile high-speedly. The temperature of barrel is controlled by the newest air-cooling technology. The screw rotates forth and in the opposite directions. The temperature of the screw core is adjusted by exterior circulating oil. The actuating system is frequency variable speed regulation device of MITSUBISHI. Gear is processed by cement carbon and quenched, and also it is poising and credible. The controlling system is user friendly central controller of Siemens. It can completely display technics parameter, a number of dynamic charts. This controlling system has the function of displaying information of lots of fault warning. It can store the technical parameter and its control is clear at a glance and convenient.
