Plate Blast Freezer
The Plate Freezer is a complete sealed refrigerating system which consists of evaporators, stainless steel hose, hydraulic station and some other associate equipments.
The refrigerant enters into the plate from the liquid supply line and make a low temperature on the surface of plate and around the plate. It absorbs the heat from the product between the two plates and then evaporates to fulfill the purpose of freezing. It has been widely used in fishery, aquatic product, commercial, food, foreign trade and any other freezing processing fields. It is a desirable freezing equipment for fish, surimi, shrimp, scallop, small package meat and so on. The aluminum-alloy plate evaporators contact with the product directly. This has many good features, such as quick freezing, high efficiency, low power consumption, good hygienic, small location and easy to operate etc. It can reduce the dehydration of the product as possible as it can to keep the freshness of the product.

Main technical features:
1). The aluminum-alloy plate, general liquid supply line, general suction line and all pipe connectors on the plates have all been passed the 2Mpa ( 20kg/cm) air-tight test and kept the pressure for 24 hours. The pressure will keep stable after the air pressure keeps balance at the same ambient temperature.
2). The plate can be frosted evenly after supplying the liquid for 10 minutes.
3). The distance between the two plates is 55mm to 108mm.
4). The cylinder can be up and down for more than 2000 times at normal loading after starting the oil pump. There hasn't occurred any oil leakage, crawling
