Biscuit Production Line Details:
1)The production-line produces the biscuits by electromechanical integration from feeding to three-steps pressing shape, sieved sugar, transport, waste reclamation, baking(oven), oil sprayer, cooling. It can adjust biscuits thickness and thinness, and roll-cut speed can be adjusted slowly or quickly. Meanwhile it has automatic temperature controller and series of advanced devices.
2)The production line has double use function: Roller cutting and roller print, so it can produce tough biscuit(cracker) and crisp biscuit separately, which has various shapes of biscuit to choose, up to more than 400.
