Solid state equipment for bright annealing of stainless steel pipes
This solid state induction heating equipment is based on mosfet or IGBT transistor technology, and is available with output frequencies ranging from 1 to 400 kHz, according to requirements. It is used for continuous bright annealing, in a controlled atmosphere of stainless steel electric welded pipes. This type of equipment is generally installed on weld lines that utilise the TIG or laser method and it enables continutous annealing and allows the surface of the pipe produced to be cleaned and polished.
The equipment is supplied complete with gas management system, inductor, cooling tunnel, mobile support, equipment cooling system, temperature control system.
