SB 408
Model Sb-408 semi-auto bench tapping machine is a high-efficiency tapping equipment, suitable for parts batch productiong in manufacture of instrument, electric appliance, sewing machine and camera, etc. The maxiumum diameter to be tapped is M8.

Feature
1. The special motor for high-frequnency clockwise and conter-clockwise ratation is adopted and max, tapping ftrquency is 50 times per miunte.
2. The feed mechanism with clearance spring is driven by change-gears and is suitable for excruding taps.
3. The tappping depth can be adjusted addutely by the tapping-depth-stop.
4. The soft tap holder is adopted by the machine, so the tap can be easily exchanged and reliably clamped.

5. The main drive and feed drive system are separatel driven by friction clutch, when troubles in processing, the drive chain is automatically cut off. So the tap is protected and undamaged.
6. The emergency stop button is fixed on the most convenient position, and safety device on the change gears' cover. Thus the operater's safety is guaranteed.
7. The main electric elements of the machine are selected from well-known brand products of reliable performance, in order the guarantee the machine's long service-life. All of the electric elements are assembled under the working table, which is on the machine base. As a result, it makes easy maintenance possible.
