1. Outline

This is used to perform the following steps for the winding cell or stacked cell: Auto heat and cold pressing, short circuit test, multi cell binding, auto tabs trimming, canning, insulating trip mounting, multi-tab welding, tab folding and sealing, laser welding.
1.1 Highly automated without manual operation;
1.2 High speed: 6PPM for 20AH cells;

3. Function

3.1 Auto heat and cold press: Mechanical arm picks the cells to heat press station_Auto heat press(temperature and pressure are settable)_mechanical arm pick the cells to cold press station for cold press, and apply short circuit test at the same time (water cooling system for cold press station);
3.2 Cell binding: Neatly overlay 5 or N cells together, and then bind them together under certain pressure; Binding type: Full turns binding; Two side U type binding, or full turns interval binding with 3 tapes and two side U type;
3.3 Auto tabs trimming: Shaping the tab bunches automatically and cut them to required size; With auto waste collecting function;

3.4 Auto canning: Fix the cleaned aluminum or steel can to the right position, manipulator will clamp the battery and fill it to the can;
3.5 Auto insulation sheet loading: Vibrating disk shake for load; Fix the insulation plate to the right position and load it automatically;
3.6 Auto terminal welding: Auto battery positioning and ultrasonic welding;
3.7 Auto tab folding and sealing: Auto battery positioning, auto tab welding and cap loading;
3.8 Auto laser welding: Manipulator fixed battery to right position, turn 90 degrees, and laser head controlled by servo motor moves to weld the cap;
