Product Description

1. Function
This machine is designed for the taping process after prismatic cell pressing; It will stick the head, middle, and tail tapes; Applied cell dimensions; 27mm X 70mm X140mm

2. Parameter:
2.1 Feed tape requirement: Coil, tape width 10-70mm, IDΦ 76mm, Max ODΦ 150mm;
2.2 Taping position as below: Middle tape binds one turn, two ends U type bind;
2.3 No bubble after taping;
2.4 Taping position tolerance: ± 1mm
2.5 Speed: 6ppm;
2.6 This machine could be operated by worker or connected to automatic production line;
2.7 Middle tape position is adjustable; Tape length is settable by touch panel;
2.8 With cell positioning and pressing unit for several cell binding;
2.9 The length of two ends tapes are adjustable;

3. Environment and Utilities
3.1 Compressed air 0.4~0.6Mpa
3.2 Electric Power AC220V, single phase, 1kVA, voltage variation less than ± 10%,
3.3 Humidity 30~55%HR
3.4 Cleaning degree: More than 100000 degree
3.5 Combustible matter/corrosive/dust is prohibited.
