Product Description
1. Function
This machine will press the prismatic cells or stacked cells to flat; The pressure, temperature and time are adjustable;
2. Parameter
2.1 Mechanical arm pick the 5 or more cells and pick them to the platform, then upper press plate pushed by cylinder goes down to press the cell flat;
2.2 Speed: 4.5 PPM
2.3 This machine could be separately manual operated or integrated to auto production line;
2.4 Weight: 900KG
2.5 Dimension: L1200mm * W500mm * H900mm;
2.6 High precision temperature controller ensure precision 0.5, temperature is settable according to actual needs;
2.7 Adjustable Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinder with Max press 3T;
2.8 During cold pressing process, short circuit test will be applied and unqualified products will be pushed to special cartridge;
