Product Description
1. Outline
This machine applies hot and cold press for the cell before formation process, to ensure the fully absorption of electrolyte and uniformity of cell thickness; Temperature is adjustable; Equipped with hydraulic & pneumatic cylinder; Pressure is adjustable;
Feature:
1.1 4 layer cells work at the same time; Pressure is adjustable;
1.2 High speed: Double work stations: Station 1 applies hot press for 4 layer of cells; Station 2 applies cold press for 4 layer of cells; Hot press and cold press will work simultaneously; More than 2 cells per minute (influenced by the hot and cold press time)
1.3 Low cost: Highly automated and convenient for operation, With one worker to operate one machine, or no worker if connected to automatic line;
